TARDINESS

Scheduled appointments have a 15 minute grace period to allow for traffic snarls or parking difficulties. If
you anticipate that you will be later than 15 minutes, please call ahead to see if we have the availability to
complete your service in full. One late client can throw off our entire schedule and cause our other clients
to be late for their commitments. Therefore, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right
to refuse partial or complete services.

CANCELLATIONS

Appointments can be cancelled 24 hours in advance by calling (360) 930 0845. Please give at least 24
hours notice so that we have the opportunity to offer your reserved time to another client on our waiting
list. We understand that sometimes emergencies happen, and it not always possible to give adequate
notice when you can’t make an appointment. However, be aware that if you repeatedly cancel
appointments without proper notice, we reserve the right to ask for a non-refundable deposit to secure
your next appointment.

NO SHOWS

If you make an appointment that you don’t cancel and don’t show up for, we reserve the right to charge a $10
service fee in addition to requiring a non-refundable deposit on your next appointment. Any recurring
appointments, or future bookings will also be cancelled in the event of a no-call/ no-show. If you wish to keep
your scheduled appointments, please call the salon within 72 hours of your missed appointment to secure
them.

HEALTH

If you are sick, please call to reschedule your appointment. We have children and immune compromised
individuals as clients, and we do not want to put their health at serious risk by passing viruses and cold
germs on to them.
Additionally, if you have a potentially contagious condition on your hands or feet, signs of a fungus or wart
for example, we can not provide services to you without the express written consent of a physician. We
also can not perform services if open or infected wounds are present. If you have a condition on your
hands or feet that you think is suspect, please notify us before the service begins, and we will advise you
on whether or not services can be legally and safely performed.

CHILDREN

We love to do children nails! However, unattended children in the salon are disrup- tive and dangerous.
We use many products that are harmful if ingested or applied to unprotected skin. If you have children
under 10 who are not receiving nail services, please keep them safe and leave them at home with a sitter.

CELL PHONES

Please be respectful of the people around you who are trying to relax during their nail services. Set your
phone to vibrate, and use a moderate speaking tone if you need to take a call. Hands free devices are
strongly encouraged so that you don’t contaminate your nails with dirt and oils during a service.
Additionally, pay attention to your manicurist!
Having to repeatedly wait for a hand to become disentangled from a cell phone slows down service times,
and can make both you and your nail technician late for your next engagement.

PAYMENT

We take Visa, Master, and Discover credit cards and non-pin debit cards. Your manicurist will receiver full
tip no matter what your payment method is. Tips are not pooled (except for parties), nor are any service
fees subtracted from them. We do not take deferred payments, nor will we allow you to run to your car to
get your wallet. Please ensure you have payment with you before you arrive for services. If you are not
satisfied with your nails, we will happily fix them. If you leave the salon without paying, we will contact the
police and prosecute theft of service to the fullest extent of the law.

REFUNDS

If you are not happy with your nails, please make us aware of it before you pay. We will adjust them to your
satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied.
Absolutely no cash refunds will be given after you have left the salon.

GUARANTEE

Enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 5 business days after your appointment;
excluding breakages. If you lose an enhancement or notice chips or lifting in the first five days, please call
us to schedule a free repair. Repairs after 5 days or for breakages, tears, and corner breaks are $3 each.
Please remember, nails are jewels, not tools. Be kind to your nails and they will look beautiful for weeks
after your service. Traditional polish services are not guaranteed.

SURVEILLANCE

For your safety, and ours, our premises are monitored with digital video surveillance.
We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service To:
• Anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious.
• Anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area.
• Anyone in ill health that we suspect may be contagious, or we fear could be further harmed by our services
• Anyone more than 15 minutes late for an appointment
• Rude, mean, or disrespectful people
